Best Gym I have ever been at, the Trainers are the best and so helpful in helping you work to your goal. Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly that they become more of a family.

The worst experience I've ever had with personal coaching, Josh had me pay for a 3 month experience, due to some family issues I had to opt out the last month, they didn't accept this and charged me for the final month doing nothing. These people do not care about you and just look at you as a dollar sign

I have been working out here almost a year and I love how invested the coaches become. They always want to make sure you are well and taking care of yourself, and of course, making sure you don’t get hurt. They also encourage you to do much more than you can ever imagine yourself doing!

CFBA is the best CrossFit in town. We are a tight knit community and it just feels like family. Everyone knows everyone and they truly hold onto what CrossFit is all about. No matter what your fitness level is there is a place for you! The coaching staff is all amazing and great at helping anyone reach their goals. CFBA is a hidden gem her in Abilene. I first joined CFBA 3 years ago in the midst of a Lyme disease battle. Sadly, I was still too sick to continue. But a year ago, when I was finally well enough to be active again, CFBA was the only place I wanted to be! A year later, I have seen such improvement in my strength and endurance, something I wasn’t sure Id be able to accomplish again after battling so many health issues.Now my kids go to the gym too, both my 7 yo son and my 6yo daughter. Kids CrossFit forms such an incredible foundation for our young athletes. They are not only building strength and endurance, but they are learning about body awareness and good form. No matter what sports they decide to pursue in the future, this foundation is setting them up for success.Let’s not forget about the coaches. I could not be more proud to be apart of this gym.. more a community and Family.Walking into CFBA I was sure of failure... I was TOTALLY WRONG!They have given me all the tools and correct training to be Successful!!I am a plus size lady that never ever thought this was something I could do.. but here I am!!If you're looking for a accepting and well rounded place with 0 and I mean 0 judgement this is the Box for you!!
