Came in to work out for the day that I was in town. The gym is kept clean and the equipment is nice. There is something here for everyone. Anyone that powerlifts or bodybuilds would have an easy time with the selection of equipment. Its also a welcoming environment for anyone new to exercising and new to going to a gym in general. The staff was very nice. Friendly small town atmosphere.
