I have been coming to Sage for years as a I traveled to Abilene. It’s a great little studio that offers lots of different classes for various capabilities.I have always been made to feel welcome, the studio is beyond clean, and the teachers and owner are / is caring.

Be sure to be early!!! It was my FIRST time attending a yoga class and I was only 5 minutes late to an hour long class. The doors were locked when I arrived...... I was really excited because I really wanted to try out yoga at this studio after reading reviews. The instructor sent me away after I asked if I could still join. I could understand if I was 15, 20 or even 30 minutes late but she said that I could not join because she didn't want me to disturb the other students. If you don't have the ability to be a little flexible with new customers then I definitely can take my business elsewhere. Beware!!!!!
