I've trained at other academies, but when I got to know the Seeds and the instructors, I realized how much I love Jiu Jitsu. The way they teach is different, they are very attentive, patient and professional. I am very satisfied. Highly recommended.

This is the PLACE!!If you’re looking for a top notch Jiu Jitsu school with a family, friendly and safe environment, Seeds is hands down the best school. Professor Roniel & professor Vitória are two great jiujitsukas and even better instructors. These two are truly passionate for the art of Jiu Jitsu and the art of teaching. Definitely one of the best places to learn and practice Jiu Jitsu! Professors are the best! Great staff and amazing environment. Professor Roniel is a great trainer and takes his time to work with you. You can fell his passion for the art in the way he trains and explains to the class. He makes everyone feel comfortable and embraced. And most important keeps everybody highly motivated. Seeds 13 is definitely the way to go. Perfect for kids and adults!

The best place and people ever. Seeds13 has the best jiujitsu instructor of the entire Texas. You should put your kids to learn self defense before any other sport. The adults program are very family and they make it easier to learn.

We had a great first experience. Teachers Victoria and Lucio instantly made a positive connection with my 5-year-old son. I got all my questions answered in a timely fashion. We can’t wait for the next class!

Great place to train for all ages. I started when I was 67 and have a few physical limitations. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and were able to work with my physical issues. Great group of people who now are family.

Seeds13 has been fantastic for my jiu jitsu journey. Professor’s RC, Victoria, and Diego are top notch instructors who care about their students. It is a very family friendly atmosphere and they are a faith based organization led by Brazilian Black Belts. Seeds13 comes from Matthew 13:31-32.Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that uses non violent control tactics to subdue their opponents and is quickly becoming the standard for law enforcement defensive tactics.Check out Seeds13. This is a great opportunity to increase your skill set, get in shape, and have fun with the whole family.

My son is 6 y/o…so far I have been really impressed….Every class reinforces anti-bullying steps and respect/discipline. Repetition is important as young children need this to retain the concepts. I have tried other local jujitsu places and have not seen the reinforcement of the anti-bullying steps or even application of the jujitsu in situations. My husband and I feel this will prepare him well for the ugly in elementary school, middle school and beyond…I encourage y’all to check it out.
