There's not a better place to learn self defense; armed or unarmed, in Abilene. Coach does a perfect job of mixing combat sports and real life scenarios in his teaching. Definitely the best investment I've ever made. People need to learn these skills and Tim is the right man to teach them.

Over the last year (2021) my wife and I took 2 training classes with Coach Tim, Basic handgun and Intermediate handgun. I don't know of any other firearms or self defense training offered in this area that can compare to that at WFA. This is high level training offered by a high level instructor. If you're looking to advance your skills this is the place you need to go.

Took the basic training course with Tim and I cannot recommend this more. It is an absolute must if your an LTC, and if your not get signed up for his LTC course. He gives you the foundation to improve your skills and then offers advanced courses to take you to the next level giving you improved confidence in handeling your firearm. Thank you Tim for offering these kinda courses!!!

Coach Tim is second to none when it comes to firearms training; being an Abilene Police SWAT officer, Coach Tim brings real world scenarios to push the thinking of the citizen outside their comfort zone and be prepared mentally, physically and emotionally in case you ever have to pull your weapon. There’s no one else I trust more, no one else I trust my training to than Coach Tim. Book asap, you won’t regret it. You’ll feel the weight of the burden but be confident you can act if the time ever comes. Better to have the knowledge and be prepared in case that day ever comes, than that day comes and you have no idea what to expect. My husband, son, daughter in law and I took an advanced pistol course with WarriorFit Athlete. This is an exciting must have Saturday on the range for everyone with LTC. Tim is an informative hands-on, engaging instructor. I give WarriorFit Athlete my highest reccomendation and look forward to doing business again!
