I started working out with Kris when my middle son was 4 months old (now almost 4 years), not only did I love the wide variety of strength and cardio classes, she had child care at a reasonable price! I worked out through my last pregnancy with Kris’s guidance and support, now I’m back to pre baby weight and muscle tone. The gym is fun and supportive group of women and men. I love all the classes, kettlebell, power pump, Turbokick and so much more! Now she has more trainers and even more options so you HAVE to find something you love!

I have been working out at AF for well over a year. I have lost 40 pounds and multiple sizes. I'm probably the healthiest I've ever been. They have fantastic instructors and interesting classes for all levels. The clientele are also great. This is not your stereotypical gym. The people working out at AF are there to get healthier and have fun. No judgment, no negativity.

Absolute Fitness is the best gym. Everyone is very friendly and motivating. They have a variety of classes. Any fitness level can find something to do. I highly recommend trying it!!
