Your giving women (and men🙄) back their confidence, the ability to move in ways they never thought they could, body transformations, the will to want to push themselves to do more, the will to push others, healthy options (food/drinks), attire head to toe!! I have struggled with being overweight and yo-yo dieting for years. I am 56 years old recovering from congestive heart failure. I was on oxygen in February of 2022. I joined a Bossfitted Challenge in May of 2022. This was the best decision I have made in a long time. Finally, I put ME first! I felt so welcome when I walked through the door and soon all of my insecurities went out the window. I began working out consistently, 3 times a week and I monitored my food intake. I am in the best shape now than I have been in 30 years. Bossfitted is more than a gym. It's a place to go to get personalized training and all types of workouts--always a variety. YES, personalized to YOUR needs. I even put the boxing gloves on! Is it a Planet Fitness? Not at all. It's like the old TV show Cheers..."where everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came!" I recommend Bossfitted to anyone who is striving to be better. It's more than weight loss. It's changing from the inside out. It's consistency, motivation, and excelleration! You won't leave the same way you entered!

I struggled many times with working out, not having people who wanted to work out with me and just not being motivated. When I joined the gym I was in a place where I didn't love me, didn't feel confident in me, low self-esteem you name it. But the motivation the push the drive the vision that "bossy" instills in you telling you that you got this makes it so much more for some who don't have that or hear it. The overall gym is a family the moment you walk in its a vibe. All I can say is if you not fitted get with it!!!! Thank you for being who you are, you have a big impact on so many people you just don't know!!
