As a senior, maintaining a healthy, fit body is an impotant factor on aging; thats where Fitworks comes in. I love the flexibility of hours, the great staff, but most importantly the machines. This gym is all you need to maintain your fitness goals now and going forward.

I really enjoy the friendliness of the staff. Also the biggest bonus and the biggest reason I can even be a member there is because of their child care! I had to cancel my Planet Fitness membership once I took on my niece because I have no one else to watch her. With the child care option, it makes it much easier to get my workout in!

Good mix of people, machine's aren't clogged up by people playing on their phones. Locker rooms are clean, staff is nice and courteous.

I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class I take. The instructor (Jen) is great. But the floor is in very bad shape. It is only a matter of time before someone is injured.It is becoming impossible to avoid every “bad spot” in the floor.

This is not a fancy gym by any means, but it is a great value for a wide range of equipment. The staff there has been super helpful too. When I called to suspend membership during the pandemic, they were glad to help and really nice about it.
