Nice place to workout is often busy during the beginning of spring and fall semester, but afterwards tends to slow a little and be steady crowd after those first few weeks.

I am an Alumni and just learned that I could take advantage of a discounted membership. It's clean and pretty quiet. This is my first experience working out and going into my 3rd week of 5 days a week this has been a great experience 👍🏼 …

Awesome facility! Went and watched wheelchair rugby there! Thank you for letting them use your facility!

A solid 3.Facility: disproportionately small to the population it serves. Expect a bit of awkward interactions when hustling for free weights, benches, machines, etc., as there are many patrons and limited equipment.Locker rooms are sterile, uninviting, and basic. Built just one notch above utilitarian standards; perhaps out of some necessity to hose down the entire space with a jet cannon of disinfectants. Maybe okay for 20 somethings covered in shame and STDs, but not the relaxing post-workout retreat sought by more refined patrons.Staff: constant revolving student staff that can't comprehensively answer your questions and frequently needs to talk to a supervisor who's perpetually unattainable.Pros: newer facility and equipment. Most patrons are friendly and amiable. A generous "spa" hot tub, that's always underutilized, great for soaking after a workout.

They have equipment for just about any workout one can think of. Good variety of weights, good track, sad that the rockside cafe doesnt seem like it is open spring 2022 which makes me a little sad because their smoothies smack and their other food is pretty good too.

Awesome facility! Was there for a futsal tournament sand the gym and pool area looked awesome. Basketball courts well kept ans provided netting between the three courts to avoid cross play. Huge parking lot but the entrance was a little confusing.

The best arena ever! They got everything that's needed and more. Very spacious, great equipment, good maintenance and cool staff. Whenever I go to another state, I miss this place so badly.

They have all the equipment you could ever need! An indoor track on the top floor, a cafe on the second floor, and a gym with basketball courts, ping pong tables, and the like. They even have a pool! It has a hot tub, a lazy river, and a whirlpool.Guest passes are $4/day for the pool, and $10/day for the rest of the facility. You don't even have to be a student!

Really an enormous room filled with new and well maintained equipment for different exercises. It also has swimming pool, basket ball court, rock climbing facilities. Perfect place to join for the fitness during your academic in UA.

This place is like a resort. I have visited many different University/college rec centers over the years but this one takes the cake. There are at least eight fully-equipped squat racks, a huge assortment of dumbbells, and I love how the main workout floor has an open design and open ceiling. I've never had to wait for a piece of cardio equipment and the free weights are only crowded during peak times.Staff is always patrolling, there's always someone willing to give you a spot, and every piece of equipment is available. There's plenty here for everyone from the runner to powerlifter and everyone in between!
