The Good: Trainers are good to really good. Workout is solid as long as you have the right expectations. If you struggle to get your cardio done, this place is for you because the social pressure and frequent changes makes it go by a lot faster. That's by far the best part of it. It's a really good workout. The Bad:1. Zero grace policy on late entry. I walked in at 4:35pm on the dot for a 4:30 class and was denied entry. Doesn't matter that it was in the middle of a bad thunderstorm and thus the roads were wet and everything took longer, no grace.2. If you cancel within 8 hours or no show, they charge you $12. Inconsistent with the policy.3. There is no value in adding a family member. Save $10 a month when you add someone.4. My be hard if you have injuries. There is just 1 strider, so if you can't do the water rower or treadmill, which are both major parts of the workout, then you are likely out of luck unless you are lucky enough to be the only person in class who needs it. Warming up on a treadmill is easy, but if you have to do the water rower first and need to warm up before that because of back issues, you may struggle without a strider to warmup on. Believe it or not, you are allowed to replace the treadmill work with the strider, but you are NOT allowed to replace the water-rower work with the strider. The minor inconveniences: As soon as class is over, they lead you through an ultra short stretch routine and then you have to leave. You are not allowed to stay in the room once the trainer leaves, so if you want to do a real stretch routine, you're out of luck.Expectations: Great for people who want to focus on cardio and add just a small amount of weight training with light weights. Great for weight-training beginners though. If you have a schedule that changes, this place is not for you. If you have a very dependable schedule or don't work, this probably works very well.

My husband and I love the Orangetheory workouts; all the coaches and front-desk members are fantastic. However, recently, my husband signed the contract based on what the Orangetheory website says about Covid protection, but the reality is way different. All the treadmills full, which doesn't have at least 6ft apart and people not wearing mask. As you may know, it is impossible to do the workouts with masks, so it's is primordial a strategy that reduces capacity in the class and forces a odd approach when selecting equipment. Eg: treadmill 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 /13 available -- the same for rowers. My husband becomes shocked in his first-class, where he was placed right in the middle of two other people to do the workout. We are very disappointed, and we canceled the contract as the policy doesn't allow freeze without $15 a month. But the reality is that they're not following the 6ft apart CDC guideline.

You don't know you need this in your life until you actually start. So far I have done about 5 classes and I must say it's not as easy as I thought it would be!ð I have been to the Main street location and everyone is friendly and trainers are awesome. I trained at the Allen location today and I enjoyed there as well. I can feel my stamina coming back and I feel energized. I am very happy I decided to join. If you're someone like me who tends to slack off going to a regular gym or someone who does better with coaching then you will enjoy this gym. I also love seeing my progress with the OT beat that monitors the heart rate. I would highly recommend.

Iâve worked out at multiple gyms in my life, but this was the best experience ever! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I belonged, no âpressure sales tacticsâ, just genuine people who want to help you get and stay healthy. The program makes sense to me, the technology is great. I love seeing my progress up on the monitors. The coaches are amazing! Amanda coached my first class, she was so attentive, helping me get set up without feeling embarrassed. She showed me easy ways to modify some of the exercises I canât fully perform yet, so I still got the benefit of the workout, without being embarrassed about my fitness level. I have definitely found a workout home I love, that I will be able to stick with! I actually look forward to going back!!!
