Coach Kate was super helpful and welcoming! Even though I was just dropping in, she helped make Threefold feel like a home gym away from home (even with a WOD that kicked my butt)!

Was a great class today! The coaches here are always helpful in making sure you have proper form and technique to get the most out of your workout. Mark takes his job very seriously and at the same time you never feel like he is being serious. He really strives to make you a better athlete and make continuous improvements in your workout.

Joining CrossFit Threefold has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in quite some time. In the five months I’ve been going, I’ve never felt stronger in my life. I’ve always worked out in some capacity but this is next level for me. I’m challenged by every workout, I’m motivated by everyone around me, the coaches are fantastic and most importantly, for me, I’m seeing results. Crossfit Threefold is an amazing Crossfit Gym. The workouts are fun, challenging, and always different. All of the athletes are so supportive and we constantly cheer each other on. It’s an amazing experience regardless of your skill level and ability! Kate, Jared, and Mark are our coaches. They are the most skilled, caring, and motivational coaches you’ll ever meet. They will take you to the next level in your Crossfit journey! Never having tried Crossfit, I decided to add in some personal training and my experience working with Mark so far has been awesome. I have been able to elevate my movement skills, as well as learn proper mechanics for olympic lifts. I think Mark does a great job with skill level assessment and plans progression movements in a way that makes them achievable for me. I also want to add that our concentration on strategic workout planning has allowed me to gain much efficiency, improving my overall time and effort. I think Mark has a great ability to plan WOD strategy to adapt to all skill levels, which is super important to me. I realized that I was capable of achieving the times I wanted on some of our WODs, but just was not planning out strategy and the workout stimulus properly. I’ve been telling everyone I know about my experience and looking forward to the growth to come. This is very exciting! Thank you Coaches!

I’ve been a part of this community for 6 years. Under the new ownership, it has only gotten better. I’ve never been blessed to be a part of a more inclusive family at a gym. They care about your health. You will be given excellent leadership and guidance for skills and health benefits of exercise. And… more importantly, loved and included. We are diverse in every sense of the word. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you want a workout just to get better physically, you can get that here, and other places too. But, if you want to be a part of something bigger. A place to feel special and a place to support, love, and cheer on potential athletes of all levels and diversities, this is your place! Kate, Mario, Jared, Austin, and Melody have bigger hearts than biceps, and their biceps are huge!
