East Side Youth Center

Highly upset and annoyed!!! I rented out the small hall for my daughters bday party at the end of February! Once the party was over, we cleaned EVERYTHING, wiped down all the tables and counter space, etc! We brought our own garbage bags to bag up all the garbage!! We left NOTHING laying. I messaged them to let them know that we were done almost an hour early and was told that we can leave and once the cleaners come in and look around, etc, as long as everything was good we would get our deposit mailed back. It has now been almost 2 MONTHS since the party, and absolutely NO communication!! I have called, left messages, emailed, sent texts, etc, and NO RESPONSE what so ever! Haven’t heard anything from them since that night!!! I would like my deposit back as stated in the contract!!!! This is not right that you are keeping this money and not even having the decency to respond back!!! I don’t recommend anyone renting a hall with them!!! Very poor communication, and at this point it seems very very shady!!!! I will be looking into another way to receive my money back, since there has been no response in 2 MONTHS!!!

we rent this gym from 8am to 10am. They are ALWAYS 10-20 minutes late, and still charge us the same amount. Straight up clown business. Please fix.Update 4/8/23;Rented from 8-10am. It’s currently 8:13 and the building is still locked. What’s good?!

Very unprofessional, Dirty and unfriendly like. They will cancel the your reservation last minute with out giving you or your group notice and take forever to respond after setting up a reservation, They also provide and phone number to call but for the past year have had no one behind it to pick up and help with your questions or reservations. Wouldn’t recommend this facility 0/10.

Had rented out the gym, got accepted 1 day before then all of a sudden got canceled last minute when everyone had already showed up to the gym. Very unprofessional and bad business. To even have employees say this always happens just says a lot…

Great Sports Complex , They have lots of gyms and are very professional and keep things moving, Concession available and bathrooms!!

Facilities are nice however the staff are incompetent and corrupt. I have never met a more frustrating and infuriating staff like the ESYC. Looking at you Marlon! Jay Radio would roll over in his grave knowing what you’re doing

Overall the place is a nice place for games to be held.Staff however...NEEDS SOME ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS!A woman named Jessica Ramos needs to take a course in communication and etiquette! The way she talks to people leaves little to be desired. She throws her title of exec. director around as if that is supposed to intimidate parents. She was very distracting during a game as her disrespectful tone DID NOT sit well with some of the parents. Had it not been for Mr. B. Pearsall intervening, there could have been an even bigger scene. That IS NOT A GOOD LOOK for the ESYC organization!

To get your covid shot, it's the second building on the right by the second parking lot. You exit at the 1st parking lot and this is if you follow the directions on Google maps.

It was easy to book and the basketball courts are in great shape.
