Visited this gym today and it is by far one of the best gyms in The Valley. I met with the owner, Adam, who not only loves the members but also truly enjoys his work.He’s passionate and experienced and he’ll take care of you and yours. The atmosphere is very friendly and motivating. I recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get real results!

This gym is the real deal.Adam and Anna really care about everyone and are so pleasant and motivating.The workouts are class based and focus on interval training. All skill levels are welcomed here.If you are coming off of an injury, just getting started, or want to get stronger you should go here for sure.

Adam and Anna are great. They provide a way to get your exercise in most efficiently and effectively. I have been doing one on one training since Jan, with a break for covid, and have seen significant gains in strength and endurance. They have been very conscientious about staying safe and i highly recommend them for anyine who wants to get in shape. If you want to go to work out with no bs this is the place to be.
