First and only time going to a paid yoga class I went here. It was level 2-3 hot yoga or something similar (it was a while ago). It was great. Would definitely recommend.

This studio offers something for everyone. (I like that there are numerous beginner-type classes offered for a middle-aged or injured population.) Prices are reasonable too! Studio is always clean and instructors are interested in their students' well-being! First class is free so check it out!!!

I went to the hot yoga class for beginners. I liked the instructor, she helped with inversions (I always find those to be the most challenging) and she made sure everyone knew modifications so everyone was working at their own level. But the space was not good. The floors were red clay tile; I never feel clean when I'm laying on clay tile. And the heater made it sound like a boiler room. No music was playing, which is a subjective complaint but I personally prefer music to a noisy heater. I may go back to try another class with wood floors. But, I'll never do the hot yoga again.

I just moved to the area, and I was so excited to find a yoga studio with traditional Ashtanga classes in the mornings. The teacher, Jacque, is one of those rare and wonderful experts who knows how to work with every kind of body. Ashtanga is physically rigorous, but learning in this setting, working one-on-one with a great teacher at your own pace while still practicing alongside people of all levels, it's such an amazing opportunity! The space is warm and beautiful and all the students are supportive of each other. I love LVYS and would recommend it to anyone :)

This studio seems more fitness based and should have more accurate class descriptions such as "cardio fitness yoga". I have been a level 2-3 for years and felt completely agitated after the pushy "fitness class'!
