Absolutely adore this place! Cannot reccommend it enough from the wonderful staff to the incredible heart-pounding, muscle-building workouts to the great equipment selection and pristine cleanliness. This workout can't be beat.

I've had a crazy couple years with a pandemic and a rare autoimmune disease hitting me all at once. My fitness took the backseat as I went into strictly survival mode. I went from being in the best shape of my life to my worst in a long time. The thought of walking into a gym again last year was daunting both physically and financially, but I heard about 321 and decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. The trainers greeted me with smiles and fistbumps and have been nothing but supportive all the way. I'm still not where I used to be a few years ago, but I look forward to coming in more often and regaining lost strength and lost time. Grateful for such an innovative and supportive place to work out!

This is a great place to work out! It's very convenient that you don't have to sign up for a specific class time and can get started in 5 minutes. The trainers are fantastic and make you feel confident no matter your skill level. You've got to come and give it a try!

This is a great gym. The way they change up the circuits daily makes it easy to get a great workout and not have to think about it. The trainers are all friendly and make it a fun environment to challenge yourself. Since it's donation based there aren't any weird gym fees or obligations 👍👍. …
