They are so knowledgable and this is the first gym I’ve felt fully safe and accepted at. I can’t recommend them enough!

Betsy and all the staff create such an incredibly kind and supportive enviornment. I'm really used to killing myself in the gym, and when I first started I was admittedly a bit skeptical of their gentle approach but my relationship with my body, mobility, and form have improved so much it's actually incredible. Also the community they've built is so giving, kind, and non judgemental and it keeps me coming back.

I’ve been seeing Betsy off and on for several years. I’ve learned so much about my body. When I bruised my sternum it was very difficult to get out of bed but because Betsy had taught me how to use different muscles to accomplish different moves I was able to do that and get up with minimal pain. I love working with her and with Sadie.

I wanted to take a couple of Betsy’s kettlebell classes to improve my form, but I ended up wanting to stay, even adding her strength class to my weekly routine. There is so much to learn from Betsy, and I can’t imagine a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere. These classes are exactly what I needed to relearn my post-partum body in a safe place and to help create some structure around reaching my fitness goals. I look forward to stretching, challenging myself, and learning something new about how the body works with each class.

All Bodies Movement and Wellness isn’t JUST a great place for movement & exercise, it’s also a wonderful place to work! As a trainer, I have never felt as valued, heard, appreciated and comfortable in any fitness setting as I do at All Bodies! I am very grateful for the flexible work schedule and well-above local living wage pay, but more than that, I am thankful to have found a place to work that is aligned with my values. I love it here!

I've been training with Betsy for a few months now. I came to PlayFit looking for a way to change the relationship I had to exercise and that is exactly what Betsy has helped me do. Now, I not only exercise weekly with Betsy, but I also feel more capable and comfortable exercising on my own in other ways and actually having fun instead of suffering through it.Because of the pandemic, I have spent more time training with Betsy remotely than in person at the studio and it has not hindered my experience at all. Betsy works with what I have at the house and figures out a fun routine to do that is engaging and exhausting. If you're looking for a way to change the relationship you have with exercise and have some fun while moving your body, I highly suggest PlayFit AVL.

PlayFit AVL, and Betsy in particular, are fantastic. She helped me get on an awesome trajectory towards a fit & healthy lifestyle, and it was fun the whole way. Taking into account the various idiosyncrasies my body would present (aches, pains, past injuries, etc.) she made sure I wasn't going to injure myself or do anything that might put me at risk. The exercises were fun and designed to never get boring. Thank you Betsy!
