Ted is a second generation trainer.He is friendly and easy to work with. The entire place is sanitation cleaning in between clients and mask are worn at all times!Don't feel safe at your gym???Give him 6 weeks and see how he can improve your life.I'm down 30 lb in 18 weeks!

Ted is awesome! I had back surgery 12 years ago and have been going to the chiropractor 2 times a week. The last time I went to the chiropractor he said I was in alignment and my back didn't need to be adjusted. Usually I am in constant pain but I've been pain free for about 3 weeks now. I highly suggest working with Ted and doing this type of muscle strengthening. It has totally changed my life.

"I've been working 1 on 1 with Ted for 2 months and it has been great! Thirty minutes twice weekly and my upper and lower body strength has improved considerably. Ted is great at sequencing the exercises, adding resistance and pushing you to the limit...safely. It's a tough 30 minutes but it feels great.

Wife and I just passed 2 years working with Tedd and Hope at their "House of Pain...oops "House of Gain."We kid about this House of Pain/Gain stuff, however, we walk out, or at times, drag out feeling better, knowing we did experience gain..What do we like best: It is one on one; A specific program to help where help needed; dress anyway we want; no noise, no crowds; manage expectations very well; age no barrier to making this work; quick; and one of us can get noisy if desired.We were referred by a DR and then referred our personal Dr who now attends with his wife.Do yourself and loved ones a favor. Visit Tedd and Hope and try their "House of Gain.".

I've been working with Ted for close to 2 years training once a week. When I started I had daily low back pain and a hurt left shoulder. I told Ted my exercise goals were to get stronger, get rid of the back pain and figure out a way to work around my shoulder issue. Ted said "no problem". His MedX back machine has completely changed my back - both strengthening it and getting rid of my pain. All of the muscle groups that he has precisely helped me with are much stronger, and he is able to customize the work out to protect my hurt shoulder. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend Ted to anybody looking to get stronger and healthier in a risk-free, private setting. Exercise Smart 1on1 has helped me tremendously with a back injury I had . They are very professional and have an outstanding program that takes little time with maximum benefits. They will design a program specifically for you to help you get stronger and stay stronger! Everytime I go in the facilty, it is very clean and the machines are outstanding. Even my two teenagers work out there and they love it! Great Job...

I have been going to Exercise Smart 1on1 for about 6 months. I love it!!I feel stronger and have muscle definition I have never been able to achieve on my own. I work primarily with Tedd and he is great. He encourages me to push a little harder even when I want to quit. I have also worked with Hope and he is wonderful too.I do not have a lot of time to spend in a gym, so this 30 minute workout (and I do mean workout!!) fits my schedule.I am 49 years old. Before working out at Exercise Smart 1on1, I had a lot of back pain and general aches when I did just about anything around my house. Now I cut the grass and am pain free when I am done. I completed a 5k trail run in May and never got sore...I just felt great. Yea.Overall, I just much better about my health and my ability to stay/feel young (which is important since we have an 11 year old daughter).Many BIG thanks to Tedd.
