I was nervous to start at Madabolic and a new work out routine. Two years had flown by since I had worked out regularly, and needless to say I was out of shape. I decided to give the 10 day new client special a chance and I am so happy that I did. I ended up going eight out of the ten days, I was hooked! There is always a new routine and cycle to keep interest. The trainers are friendly, caring, and knowledgable. My fellow Madabolics are super supportive and becoming fast friends. For the first time in my life I feel like I have a chance to actually get in shape. After one month I am drinking less, I've quit smoking, and I'm sleeping great. Madabolic has already changed my life! I cannot recommend enough!

As a lifetime athlete after having a baby and being overwhelmed with work/life balance, this place has been AHMAZING! I was into soccer and horses- rode horses professionally, got hooked on lifting heavy things/working hard and am a medical provider in Orthopedic Surgery. Class times, programming, coaching staff are all wonderful and well educated. They don’t hesitate to correct form/weight choice which is so incredibly important to avoid injury and visits to my clinic! And everyone is awesome. You should try it!

I get the best results in the least amount of time at Madabolic! Jamie and her staff of trainers are skilled athletes who not only motivate me, but watch my alignment to make sure I am lifting properly. The space is clean, the music is pumpin' and I feel AMAZING after every class. I'm truly challenged each time I go, and I never get bored because the workouts change every time. Thank you!

Everything. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always close by to help you do each exercise properly and safely. Because the workout is different every day I don't get bored. I have also seen great results in my strength and endurance.Jamie (owner/instructor) is also available to give advice on diet/nutrition and will even give you her own recipes.

Like many, I am new to Asheville. I had a really great fitness routine where I used to live and I was nervous about finding my groove in a new city. I tried a bunch of area gyms and I ultimately landed at MADabolic. MADabolic is truly unique. Every workout is equal parts fun and challenging. Every day I push myself in new movements which leave me feeling triumphant. Weighted jump rope? Slide boards? Challenge accepted!You know you're getting a well rounded workout as you progress through intentionally programmed workouts each week which focus on, Momentum, Anaerobic & Durability in a supportive, positive, inclusive environment. I love it!

Why I love MADabolic Asheville:The programming - diverse movements, whole body, functional and foundational for any level or type of athleticism.Time efficient- for those with limited time!The coaches- motivating, knowledgeable!The sense of community- is a big draw!The cleanliness of the gym- fit for kings and queens!The member perks- discounted local services and goods, come on now!The location- can’t beat being in the most central part of the city!The gym owner- very invested in the health/fitness and well-being of the gym and the local community!

New to Asheville, decided to take advantage of Madabolics September classes FREE. Jamie (owner) is great. She took time to tour me through the gym, went over how the gym works, explained their three types of workout, etc. Great instruction from each trainer I've had along with help with technique throughout the workout. The current members that I have shared class with are very motivated and positive which only adds to the experience.
