Awesome culture, fantastic and friendly owners, and a great place to train for multiple disciplines of weightlifting. The programming by Mike is very well written too, highly recommend.

Pain and Gain is not just a gym to me. It's a community that's helped me reach beyond my fitness goals. The atmosphere that Mike and the team create makes you want to grind and put in the work. Couldn't ask for more inviting group of people!

Pain and Gain is an awesome gym! The owners have been so helpful with getting my membership set up, and they are always available for any questions I have. It is a great place to train and prepare for my college softball season, and the flexible hours and 24/7 access make it easy to get a work out in whenever it fits with my schedule.

This gym has everything. 24 hour access, group classes, multiple squat racks, sleds, bikes, and full-on support from staff. The space is large and open. The atmosphere is welcoming, and Mike's morning group class is awesome. Friendly environment- can't wait to go back!
