I did a couple of drop in classes because I was traveling from out of town and wanted to stay active. Very intimate rowhouse but still enough space to accomplish your goals. I went Thursday and attended the kettlebell class & Friday was Recovery were We moderately used the rower to mainly keep our bodies warmed up for mobility stretches to end the week.Adam (also the founder) was my teacher for both and I could tell he had a heart & passion for what he did. Very Knowledgeable and pushed you to grow each session in effort & being efficient in each movement.I will definitely be back when I am in Asheville again. I would love to see what the clases are like Monday-Wednesday where the really get on the rower & turn the intensity up!Definitely do a drop in class (it’s $20 so not a bad price) you won’t regret it.

I've been working with Adam since he opened his doors. He knows his business and really helped me get my strength back after a sports injury. The gym space is great and the atmosphere is supportive and friendly. Whatever you need in terms of your fitness journey, you can find it here.

Traveling cross-country while trying to complete the Concept II Holiday erg challenge isn't a very good idea. But thanks to Rebel Row, our two-day stay in Asheville resulted in two 11K pieces on their excellent, well-maintained Concept IIs. It was a true pleasure to erg there--which is saying a lot because it IS erging. Still, Adam's flexibility and friendliness in helping us achieve our goals was very much appreciated. What a great gym! Every city should have a Rebel Row.

After an impulse purchase of a row machine in a last ditch attempt to find a relationship with exercise that this aging, overweight, out of shapegal could maintain, I quickly realized that I had no clue what I was doing. A quick google search for a row studio near me had me giving Rebel Strength and Rowhouse a call. Adam assisted me in signing up for the Concept class, in which he taught the correct use and form for the row machine, gave me great insight into the various row lingo I'd read online and assigned homework so I have a real place to start. He broke it down in layman's terms for me, which is exactly what I needed. His passion for fitness is obvious. Highly recommend this rowhouse and Adam to anyone, regardless of your fitness level.
