I love trying new things and Scorch is my most recent "new thing." I read about Lagree on a forum as a helpful exercise modality for people with connective tissue disorders/Ehler Danlos Syndrome. In the last 2 months, the combination of Scorch and weekly acupuncture has reduced my chronic upper back pain by 90%. I really love the 45 minute class length. The playlists really keep me going and engaged. The studio is 3 minutes from my house and I love how there are classes available early in the morning. Thanks Scorch!

I wanted strength training to complement my running and cardio workouts and decided to try scorch at the recommendation of a friend. I was hooked after one class. Low impact and total body with a focus on core and stabilization muscles. It has eliminated all of my joint pain when I run or do impact cardio and I love the long lean muscles. Every instructor is committed to helping you get the most from your workout while maintaining proper form! Oh, and I’m 50+ so it’s great for all ages!

Best workout ever and the only one that I’ve continued with long term. I love that I’m always challenged and that the classes are only 45 minutes. I’ve been able to continue with classes (with modifications) through injuries and pregnancy. Amazing and friendly instructors& Covid-safe environment - would recommend Scorch to anyone!

I have been coming to Scorch for about 3 years now. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The workout, the instructors, and the community are all first class. It’s a full body workout that never gets easier-you just get better! I feel stronger and my back pain that I’ve had my whole life has subsided. Try it once and you’ll be hooked! Five stars all around!

I’ve been doing Scorch now for about two years and I Can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better. I was super resistant initially because anything called scorch just sounded like torture, and at first I have to admit it was really uncomfortable, but the payoff has been tremendous. Full body workout, the timing is great, I feel challenged, supported, and motivated to show up. The accountability really works for me as does the low impact high intensity method. Teachers are excellent. This is money and time well spent!

I am so happy to have discovered Scorch Fitness. I am not a person that naturally self-motivates to exercise. Scorch is the structure, support and commitment needed for me to succeed. The program is super efficient and the instruction is so professional, detailed and form focused that I know I’m progressing with every class. 45 minutes flies by and I depart feeling stronger and more confident in my bodies ability. The community is kind and welcoming. A must-try fitness experience.
