Had a great experience dropping in at Summit Crossfit while visiting Ashville! I've dropped in at facilities all over the United States (and outside a view times) and this was easily one of the top 5! Will be dropping in again if I'm in the area (:

I dropped in here for both a regular class and open gym and both were great experiences. Friendly members and knowledgeable coaches make for a great combo. Would highly recommend checking out Summit if you are in Asheville.

I stumbled upon Summit CrossFit while on vacation in Asheville and was very happy that I did. Starting when you pull up, you feel like you should be arriving at a traditional box which coming from DC was very exciting to see again. Then you walk through the doors into a very large space that is outfitted with all the best equipment, with a good flow to the gym. The coaches took pride in a very detailed warmup both static and active that was well tailored to the days WOD. The members were very nice and seemed to have a good sense of community. Above all, the programming throughout the week was exactly what CrossFit should be: eclectic and challenging. I will for sure drop in the next time I am in town.

I'll admit, I was skeptical. The cost, the crossfit stigma, and the thought of intense exercise kept me from joining. After one session I knew that Summit was going to become part of my routine. The coaches are knowledgeable, and always attentive to correct errors in your form, showing you a substitutes/corrections/ ways to continue growing. It was clear from day one that Summit is a place to come work hard, and build a better you, with no judgement. Thanks to the whole crew at Summit, ya'll rock!

Dropped in on Summit Crossfit in Asheville on my way to South Florida. The process of dropping in was easy and all online - that was a nice convenience. The location is very close to Historic Biltmore District and took less than 10 minutes to get to. Super clean, well equipped, modern and “BIG” facility. My wife and I were very comfortable as the Coach and Owner made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. We are both in our late 50’s but we’re totally comfortable with every aspect of the workout. Well organized warmup, strength portion and a grinder of a leg WOD. They even had cool down stretch time which my wife hopes to put into her routine. I got in some accessory work from SugarWOD with no stress or rushing. We even got some recommendations on local food & brew that were spot on.Bottom line, if I lived in Asheville I would love to train here full time and definitely would recommend it for Dropping in.Fist Bumps for Summit CrossFitDr David MarconCrossFit L-1

I stopped in for two workouts while visiting Asheville. Staff and fellow athletes were super nice. The box is really big and offers a lot of amenities that other CrossFit gyms don’t. Tons of parking which is nice and the classes I attended at different times (9 and 12) had just the right number of people to feel like we had a good cohort. Will definitely stop back in the next time I’m in town. Thanks for the suggestions on where I could get some good eats 👍

Everyone at Summit Crossfit is so kind, so encouraging and they work hard which makes me want to work hard! The owners are amazing and are so knowledgable. I had never done crossfit before coming to Summit because I was intimidated by it. Leslie and Donivan make it very approachable and make Summit very welcoming!

I am a beginner. Look up “before” picture in the dictionary, and find me. The staff a Summit and membership has been incredibly welcoming and supportive of me as I start my fitness journey. The workouts, while challenging for the most seasoned cross-fitters are appropriately scaled to provide me with challenge that is doable, while making me feel like I belong. It has only been a month, and Summit is starting to feel like a second home to me — a second home with wall balls, air squats and burpees.

This place it awesome and so are the people. Leslie and Ashley made me feel so welcome. Being injured sucks but I was welcomed in to do my rehab work and never felt in the way or an hassle. The facility is huge and has every piece of equipment you could possibly need. It is super clean and well cared for. Highly encourage if you are in asheville and dropping in, this is your place! Thanks for welcoming me!
