Best dang gym in town! You won’t find another owner or set of staff that cares as much about your goals, your health & your form like the folks at Underground Fitness! I’ve not only found an amazing workout community, but also great friends! Shout out to Steph, Julie, Mark & James. You are amazing!

I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. The owner and staff are outstanding trainers and even better people. They take time each class to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the workout, and tweak your form or the movement for individuals to ensure you are getting the most effective and safest workout possible.I also have to give the owner a huge shoutout for the cleanliness. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a gym quite so clean!

I LOVE UF. I'm not the type of person who naturally pushes themselves to the limit. I have to be in a group setting. I always feel safe and supported at this gym. I think I've been going here for 2ish years now. In COVID times, I can honestly say this is probably the safest gym in town. Everyone has their own box, you can not leave your box without your mask. There is lots of cleaning and hand sanitizing as well. I did try their competing gym (MAD something) down the street with a friend recently. The mad gym had no masks, no social distancing, and very little time to clean between sets. UF has easy parking, the trainers are nice, and supportive. I'm really grateful to find a gym that pushes and supports me at the same time. Thank you!

Go here!!! I wish all gyms could be as great as underground fitness. Reasonable price for what you get, no hidden fees or trying to rope you into something, and they are so nice and easy going. The classes are always different, always challenging, and cater to different levels. Highly recommend!

When I started going to Underground over a year ago, I was out of shape but eager to be more healthy and feel better. As I look at how far I've come, I would have never imagined making this much progress. For the first time ever I'm not only pushing myself physically but am also enjoying the process.
