I joined this gym about two months ago and I have been very happy. The owner of this franchise is very fortunate to have such a tight knit staff that seems like a family. They are constantly cleaning and caring for guests. I’m I retired executive director from a Fortune 500 company and I own Airbnbs in Asheville and I pastor a church. I can tell you that this staff is an asset. Being gay I was not sure how I would be treated but I have had no issues. It’s small but they have everything. I really only use the stationary bike while I manage our businesses and write sermons and that works for me for now but plan on doing weights in the new year.

It's good. I prefer mornings or afternoons. It's a more business casual type of clients at that time. The younger crowd is in there at night. Great gym for the price. Premium membership is worth it if you tan.

Been a member for over a year, Facility's are clean and well maintained. all equipment is sanitized and cleaned appropriately. Staff is always polite and friendly!

Awesome place to workout. Manager is awesome and great at customer service. Anyone who would say otherwise has never stepped foot in another gym. Period..
