Great yoga class that welcomes locals and travelers. The session I joined on a Sunday afternoon was just the right level and pace. Beautiful setting in a public park under shady trees. A regular even brought some oranges to offer everyone after the session. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience! Although this was my very first yoga class EVER, I didn’t feel lost, judged, or overwhelmed during our session whatsoever. It was a great learning experience and I’m definitely going to look into yoga classes in my area once I get home from Asheville. Overall, if you have the time during a trip or want to figure out an affordable way to work and connect with your body for an hour, this is for you!

Big fan of this class. It feels great to be outside doing yoga. The grass is easy on your body for difficult poses, the French Broad River rolls gently by, shade trees provide juuuuust enough cover so the sun doesn't blind you ... oh, and the instructor is outstanding. All levels will feel comfortable. While you don't need to bring props - it's recommended. At the minimum bring a yoga mat and you'll be fine.BTW: This is a great off-the-beaten-path event to bring out-of-towners & friends. Great way to introduce people to Asheville without bringing them to yet another touristy brewery.
