Don’t come here if you want a positive uplifting environment from the staff, the front desk is especially rude. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experience. I've been a loyal member of LT for over a decade and recently joined the Buckhead location. Unfortunately, I encountered a concerning situation. In the spa area, someone was loudly conducting a Zoom call on their computer, disturbing others who were trying to relax, especially in the sauna. Despite one woman's attempt to address the noise, the situation persisted for over 30 minutes. (In addition people still wear their shoes in there it becomes disgusting and the staff never comments on it.)Anyways, I decided to reach out to the front desk, hoping for a polite resolution. Regrettably, my interaction with "Raquel" was shocking. Her response was dismissive and even rude, suggesting that I handle the matter myself. And saying I should say something, I explained to her we did and she said “yeah we advice you should really just deal with that “ Given my substantial monthly membership fee, which is close to $300, I was taken aback by the lack of assistance and understanding. This is what you pay for !? God forbid she had to do her job today and help a client instead of gossiping and scowling at the front desk. Maybe she shouldn’t be in customer service.. especially when a customer is asking nicely. This isn't the first time I've heard about "Raquel's" unprofessional behavior. A friend of mine considered joining LT as well, but after interacting with "Raquel" during her visit, she was dissuaded to join she told me by the poor customer service!! My own experience only confirms that there is a persistent issue that needs to be addressed.I've always held Lifetime in high regard, appreciating the exceptional instructors and classes they offer. Yet, this recent experience has left a sour taste. "Raquel's" unprofessional behavior and negative attitude reflect poorly on the entire establishment. It's disappointing that a staff member with such poor customer service skills is positioned at the front desk…where creating a positive experience should be a priority.I'm sharing this anonymously due to personal concerns of her taking out her aggression on me and me feeling even uncomfortable at check in everyday ..but I genuinely hope that this feedback is taken seriously. Every member, regardless of their background, deserves respectful and courteous treatment. I urge management to address the issue promptly, as "Raquel's" behavior is not only detrimental to the atmosphere but also impacting the reputation of the facility. I’m surprised LT buckhead isn’t maintaining the standards that Lifetime Fitness is known for and ensuring that all members have a pleasant experience.Lastly, I want to emphasize that encountering "Raquel's" negativity and unprofessionalism was an attempt at trying to ruin my day, and I don't appreciate having my experience compromised simply because she may be unhappy herself. If such incidents persist, I won't feel comfortable recommending this establishment to anyone, and I can understand why people would choose to leave. Maybe Raquel should rethink customer service and head to therapy.

Very unprofessional! I work in Phipps plaza and went to the gym to find out more information about it. The lady asked me what do I want and after I told her she told me to go look online and that it’s 2 something a month as if I couldn’t afford it. And before I could ask for a tour or anything. She walked away. It was in 08/13/2023 around 4:30 just incase management wants to know who the individual was. And needs to look at the camera 👌

If you’re looking for a gym gym, this is not the place! They don’t like weights being dropped, loading machines heavy, not allowed to have backpacks, etc. it’s definitely not worth the monthly membership, I’ve been to several gyms that have a price 1/10 the cost and are much better. It’s more of a seen be seen gym, you want a gym where you go for pictures. Sure go for it but I’m telling you even the trainers there don’t workout there 90% of the time. NOT TOO MENTION THE GUEST PASS! You are only allowed 2 guest passes a month and you’re not allowed to bring the same guest more than once within a 3 month period!

This location is beautiful with wonderful amenities. Unfortunately, we are rating it one star because like other members have complained of, this location is NOT family friendly. Kids can only use the pools from 10am-1pm on Monday-Friday and not at all on Saturday AND Sunday. Most children are at school or Summer Camp during those hours. Instead, on the weekends they rent out the cabanas near the pool where non-members who are guests of members are able to enjoy the pool amenities as if we are in Miami at a day party. Smh. For the amount of money we pay in monthly membership for a family this is ridiculous. Instead of catering to the members it seems as though they are just trying to make extra money. We’re hoping their policy in this regard will quickly change. Also, the nursery staff are not CPR certified and hardly have any training in childcare which is concerning. Last, reformer Pilates (and some other classes) are not included in the monthly membership fee (which is North of $450 for our family). The extra cost to purchase a pass is almost double what one would pay to take Pilates in the Buckhead area. This should definitely be something that is included in the membership.

Overall good club but unfortunately many areas to work on- everyone is always trying to sell you add ons like the ridiculous price for the membership wasn’t enough.- It’s not an all inclusive membership as it’s portrayed- products in the bathrooms are pretty bad- machines frequently break and they take very long to fix them- Pilates should be included in the membership- the mats and jumping ropes are nasty looking, all teared up- stay away from all “complementary” services. They’ll try to sell you pills, $300+ facials, solo Pilates sessions, etc and be VERY pushy about it.Overall a nice looking facility that for many is convenient in terms of location but is lacking many things for the price tag

This membership is a scam. They will trick you into signing up without mentioning everything they sold you on is an added fee. How are you going to charge 250$ a person to use the pool, not allow guest pass use unless they pay 80$ extra per day. That’s insanity. I’m canceling my membership - would not recommend

Price is a little much for a membership, but the salon is great.I can tell they put a lot of work in this facility. The best staff relocated from Sandy Springs. The hairstylist Josh from New York, knows his stuff. Great personality and can tell stays true to himself. Not to mention gots a nice snip sound when he clips.I haven’t had a better fade since Todd (if anyone was blessed to get to know him was lucky)Josh helped. Bring my love back to getting a haircut at lifespans in general.Q is always so friendly always givesA friendly greeting along with the other staff at this new location. Also wishing the Sandy Springs location starts. Getting more tlc. It was a shame to leave getting a haircut for a while.I’m glad there’s some talent to help with a clean fade and can still style and cut a top.

Not very family friendly. Kids can only use the pools from 10am-1pm on Monday-Friday and not at all on Saturday AND Sunday. Most children are at school between 10am and 1pm. Also, they have had at least 1 class cancellations in the kids club each week. If you have kids, join another club. Otherwise it's a clean nice facility with well appointed amenities. The group fitness instructors are really good.
