Good size private gym. Everyone minds their business and is focused on they own workout. Friendly staff and population. Have yet to encounter any weirdos.

Maybe I went at a bad time...but I wasn't thrilled with this location. The area where you put your things was very dirty, and so was the elliptical I used. No Netflix option, and none of the YouTube videos would load. The TV option also had very blurry picture, and limited channels. One foam roller that looked like it's seen better days. Meh. Maybe I'll try this location again in another month.

Horrible customer service. They are not upfront about the terms of their memberships, and the owner doesn't feel it's his problem.

Close to my house so I'm able to go every day now at any time. They are extremely friendly and helpful there.

I started coming here in January this year and my doctor is thrilled I stuck with this. I’ve been coming here every day and all family, friends and co-workers can see the difference. I feel younger and have so much more energy. I look forward to coming here every day and see everyone. Emily is my Personal Trainer and she’s made a huge difference. We set goals and meet them, can’t thank her enough.

I love this gym! The staff makes you feel welcomed immediately! I recommend getting a fitness trainer and the price is very reasonable! I highly recommend Emily! She is awesome! She kicks my butt! Oh and the best thing is the hydrochair massage! It's great to get a massage after my butt just got handed to me by Emily! 😄 …

Love this location - the staff and owners are very friendly. They have a spinning bike in the cardio room too! Great equipment and bright and spacious. I noticed a negative review here about noise. I can’t even imagine that - it’s always very chill when I’m here.
