This place has turned into a dump and a playground for after school teens. The staff has no clue how to operate/manage a gym and they let these kids who have clearly never set foot in a gym, do whatever they want. HordesOf kids hanging out on/around the equipment so no one can actually work out. This place has become a joke. Anyone who actually wants to workout, should pay a few bucks more and go somewhere else. There are several options in the area. Those who are looking for an after school daycare for their kids, this is the place for you.

The gym has all the free weights you need to get the job done. But if you can put up with the tons of young kids under 18 working out, hanging out in large groups and the parking lots grand canyon craters all over, overall it's a good gym.

My aunt had an awesome experience here. The facility was very clean and well kept. The customer service was absolutely amazing. The manager was was also very polite and happy to assist as well.

This place is a scam. They would lure you into signing a long term membership and then misguide you so they can keep charging you. My one year membership was up for renewal and I specifically called them to cancel it. I was told to call on a specific day and when I did they told me there is nothing they can do and that they would charge me for another year. What a trap. Don’t even consider going here.

Has everything you need and environment is friendly. The only big issue is there are many young members who don’t re-rack their weight or wipe down the equipment after use. This should be more strictly enforced and is bare minimum etiquette.

The customer service here is great! There is always someone willing to help with any issues or questions I have. The GM manager there deserves all the praise! All around a great new gym home if you are in need of one!

I'm lucky to have Crunch Aurora so close to home. They're extremely friendly and truly non-judgmental. The gym is bright, comfortable and clean and Erika Jurgenson is the best personal trainer. She's knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and overall just a great person. I can't recommend her or the Aurora location and staff highly enough!
