I was a little intimidated at first when I joined because I knew nothing about lifting and the right form BUT quickly became super comfortable with everyone. The coaches are great and of course Marlana is great! The people that train with you are all team players and are quick to lend a hand when needed. I have been coming for a couple of months now and already see results in muscle growth. Don't hesitate any longer and join the family!

I’m so glad that I decided to take a trial class at D1 Fitness. I instantly knew this is where I wanted and needed to be doing my workouts as part of my health and fitness journey. I was feeling stuck and unmotivated with what I was doing prior to D1. Since starting here I have finally started to see the numbers on the scale go down and my upper body strength increase. The staff is great! They demonstrate and explain each movement thoroughly so you get the most out of your workout. Most of the time you’ll find an instructor taking a class right along side with you, which is always motivating!! I can’t wait to reach my fitness goals at D1.

I’ve been training for a little over 3 weeks and lost 4.6% body fat!! They actually care about their clients and do daily check ups for accountability! Love this gym!
