Omg there are no words to describe Delta sports .In 1 line if I put it, I would say that “ Being with delta sports and having Chris as our trainer has been a Life Changer for my family”…We joined as a family during Covid in 2020, been 3 years and all of us have only grown stronger at Delta.Chris is one of the best person and amazing & honest trainer that I have come across in my experience of gymming.His dedication& loyalty to all his clients is bang on. So glad we were introduced to Delta by our good friend which has changed our lifestyle on whole. Our food habits have improved from the nutritional knowledge that Chris gives you other than just making you fit with exercising. His knowledge about muscles and nerves and each part of your body has taught us the ways to deal with aches and pains.No other gym has such a great trainer who attends on each of his clients on personal basis with their specific needs.Not forgetting to mention that Chris is a cleano freak too and keeps Delta Spot on germ free..

A world class facility with an amazing coach. The group X classes are perfect if you want to get a wholesome lifting session in an hour with progressive overload. If you have specific goals Coach Chris will work with you and make sure he gives you all the tools you need to achieve them. Highly recommend no matter what level of fitness you are at right now.

I always have a great experience at Delta with the owner Chris. He is very invested in his clients' success and makes every class fun! Chris is very knowledgeable and explains exactly which muscles you're working on throughout the session. The gym is very clean and the small groups/ individual training was exactly what I was looking for as an alternative to the crowded gyms. Highly recommend Chris and his facility!
