Visited today and it’s a slow day. I’ve take a 6 weeks Challenge here in 2020 (pre-pandemic). I’m just now leaving a review. Doing this more intentionally. I was told the employees are all different now. Two of who I saw certainly didn’t look familiar. Nevertheless, nothing negative to say today nor about my past experience. Weeknights we’re busy. Weekends were busy in the early mornings. Clean spot, Trainers we’re genuine and fun, couldn’t say anything to the new since I’ve not experience them. The Challenge was a great way to try new activity for weight loss and try kickboxing in general. Fun class, Cardio is not a joke. Recommendable place and experience.

I Love Kickboxing located in Aurora, Il is where I went for 6 weeks and lost 6.3% body fat!! So excited to write this review and tell you about how great I feel to finally have accomplished my goals! I am a super busy single mom to 5 children ages 23 ,20, 18, 16 and 12. They offered a great variety of times so it was easy to get in even with my busy schedule. It was a super easy meal plan to follow and it made me feel so healthy to eat so clean. I was told to not to skip any meals and it worked! I set a timer on my phone to remember to eat. I am so pleased with my body recomposition. ALL my clothes fit and everyone keeps complimenting me. The kickboxing classes were so fun. I loved the energy of the staff, the music. I not only gained strength and flexibility but a ton of confidence. I liked that its sanitized after each class too. I highly recommend this gym and doing the challenge. It’s worth it for sure!!!

This place is great! I did the six week challenge, and while I didn't quite hit my goal, the pictures say it all. I feel better, I'm stronger, I lost weight and gained muscle. The instructors are always excited, and they are excellent at motivating people to try harder! I strongly recommend them!
