Every staff member I've talked to has been easy going and nice. I once dropped my earbuds case into a machine and they retrieved it for me despite the difficulty involved. In the 19 months I've been there, the machines have consistently worked and I've had no problems in the showers. I just wish they were open earlier on weekends so I could go early in the morning, and that they didn't lock me into a twelve month contract.

Gym is alright for the price. Clean, organized, and good equipment. Maintenance guy is a very friendly human being. Although staff members is just horrible, need to get retrain on good customer service skills. The environment doesn’t make you feel welcome. I’m the type of person who doesn’t care on spending the money as longest its worth it. On the other hand, group classes are always getting canceled which is so annoying. Yet, now that many gyms have reopen I rather go spend my money elsewhere. Good luck getting smiles after signing for the membership.

Other than this place being ridiculously busy all the time, I like it! I love the classes I could take. The personal trainers are awesome, especially Stephanie! She is so motivating! She makes a point to get to know the people she works with and I think that’s what makes her stand out!

This is the best gym I've ever joined. The staff is super helpful,energetic, and kind! Definitely will never go anywhere else :) great music ,great environment, the equipment, massage beds and tanning beds are all in good condition, bathrooms are super clean,the gym itself is clean, and they have great prices for what they offer! I also love that you can sign up on a month to month basis with no contracts. If you're looking to be in a good environment for your workout journey I highly reccomend this gym.
