In-Shape Health Clubs

Good luck finding the free weights that you need. They are always scattered all throughout the gym. They need to put up more "Please Re-rack" signs and have employees ensure it's being done. Also why are there barbells missing? Currently I see the squat rack, military press, 2 incline bench, and 1 regular bench missing their barbells. The gym and equipment itself is nice, but the maintenance is just awful. Pick up the slack In-Shape! You're a better gym than this!

I know this location is shutting down soon, but the customer service is great here and the general manager is very helpful.

I love this gym, few people working out so there is plenty of weights and machines available. More professional older, retired people at this gym. there is an outdoor pool and tennis courts, indoor ping pong and plenty of bathrooms and showers, The staff are all very nice and friendly and welcoming. The tennis coach has a Free introductory tennis program. It's very nice and lots of parking. The maintenance man is also very friendly and helpful.

The gym is clean, not crowed, and with plenty of equipment to use. I really enjoy my experience in this gym.

Its a complete gym. Needs nothing. Always packed tho. The only bad things is the horrible weight stacking. There is no one in charge of putting the wights back after people use them. Other than that i like this gym a lot.

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I would not recommend to anyone if my life depended on it!!!! I have been with In-Shape for over 7 years and loved the gym! However their customer service I can not express the same way. Over the seven years that I was with them every issue that I had was not resolved by anyone and was not handled in any professional or courteous way. When I asked about lowering my plan because they had lower their member fees they wanted to charge me $80 for processing fee, they said I was basically buying down my membership. They said it was kind of like when you are refinancing a home to lower my interest except I don't own this gym nor I live there which I don't think it was a very logical comparison. They didn't appreciate me as a member or client, I called the corporate office asked to speak to a manager, I guess I wasn't important enough never herd from them. This led me to CANCEL my Membership

It's not overcrowded, plenty of equipment. The people are nice, the atmosphere is pleasant. I enjoy having access to the sauna and pool at any time. The freshly made protein smoothies upfront at the bar are so delicious.

I LOVE the people who work at this gym, by far they are the nicest and friendliest of any of the gyms. I have been a member here for 3 years and wouldn't go to any other gym!

The Gym is always clean and it is huge 47000 (sf) . The facility has good equipment and it is regularly cleaned and well maintained. I like the atmosphere and lighting. The equipment is diverse and the classes look good. The staff always seems friendly and helpful. I have a friend in a wheelchair who has a membership and they were very helpful to her with assistance to get into the pool. I highly recommend this place, and the price is very reasonable for what you get.

i have had membership for about a year now. I come to use the pool it always cloud and never the right temperature for are class. And most of the time the pool is not in service. When i call the office they say how there other stuff at the gym to do than swim. But the best for me is the swimming because of my medical problem. And the other 30 people that take the swim class mon, wed, friday. I was told that they check the pool once a week but with that many people using there pool it should be check daily and maintained. It sad that a simple thing as maintaining a pool is a problem for a large company that taking in so many dues.
