In-Shape Health Clubs

The staff are motivating and very helpful. The facilities are spacious and clean. There’s always one of my favorite classes offered at the time of day I need it. Everyone abides by social distancing guidelines and I feel quite safe working out here.

Pretty good gym, i’ve been going here for years and years. The good part about in shape is the amount of equipment they have, and a nice pool and jacuzzi. However the new staff don’t give a rats hat about your experience when it comes to professionalism. They always are laughing with each other when you walk in and don’t acknowledge you most the time upon entry. When I leave the gym. I am always the one to say goodbye to the worker at the reception desk because often they are on their phones. Tell me what’s wrong with that scene ? Another issue is no more cold towels. They claim it’s because covid, but lets use common sense for 5 seconds. So covid can’t spread when i’m right next to someone in the gym grunting, breathing, and sweating, But it can spread on towels they should be sanitizing in the first place. Huh ?

i took a group fitness class and it was awesome! the instructors at all the in-shapes are always so motivating and the one at seven oaks lived up to the expectations i had. everyone cleaned all of their equipment after the class, so i feel safe knowing that people are taking the necessary precautions and being clean. i enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back there.

Great gym, very clean and great equipment. Only complaint is the new staff. They look like you're bothering them when you check in. A greeting would be more professional but they're usually too busy on their phones or giggling with each other. Other than that, the gym itself is great.

Best InShape I have ever been too. The atmosphere is terrific, people are very friendly and the staff are wonderful! I wouldn't go to any other gym if they were open 24/7 or closer too my job! The place is always clean and the equipment in top condition. I recommend it to everyone!

The Ming Avenue In-shape gym location has made some incredibly wonderful enhancements. Their work out machines have been upgraded to quality, easy to repair American made fitness machines. The manager there has made other gym minded positive changes. Job well done.

I love my gym. Always find it clean. Love that staff take the time to rack weights and equipment. You'll hardly find staff just sitting down like other gyms. Staff are always doing the most to keep gym looking nice. Only thing I wish was that it was a tad bit bigger. Days where its packed you'll have to find other workouts to do while you wait.

Beautiful facility! Signed up yesterday with Marquis who is hands-down the kindest salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. He did not make the experience feel uncomfortable or 'sales-pitchy' and provided a wealth of information. I rarely do reviews, but was introduced to several employees (sales, trainers, daycare) who were not only kind, but made me feel welcomed. Looking forward to my experience at this gym!

Nicest gym I've ever been to and super friendly staff. I travel for work and have bought day passes at LA fitness, Golds Gym, etc.. but InShape Seven Oaks is open, nicely laid out. Even though it was over 100 degrees outside, the gym was cool and I could always feel good airflow to keep me cool during my 2 hour workout. I observed staff always cleaning, putting away weights, wiping walls and baseboards. Men's locker room was clean and well stocked. Looks like they have a ton of amenities. Massage chairs/beds, lots of classes on the schedule. I glanced outside and saw the resort style pool and cabanas. You could come here and just hang at the pool and you might feel like you are poolside at a nice Las Vegas resort hotel. Highly recommend.

I am so not happy with this gym. When it first opened the gym was kept very clean, the staff was nice and the gym wasn't over crowded. A year after being open most of the staff has moved on and unfriendly people have replaced them, the locker room is disgusting and I never see anyone cleaning and the gym is always crowded . We will be "down grading" our membership so we can go to cleaner, nicer clubs. For a "diamond" club this is more like charcoal.
