Very nice and clean gym but the only downside is people occupied gym machines and equipment and not Even using it.

Nice equipment, but too many youngsters standing around occupying the equipment, but not using it.

Literal trash, everyone who goes to these gyms should get a discount since they do not uphold to the planet fitness standards your gyms are over crowded understaffed and gross. Only seems to be this town. This gym franchise makes enough to do better. So do better. Anyone who goes here go get you in shape since it’s a lot better than this trash

worst experience I've had at a Planet Fitness to date, I've been to 3 in Bakersfield and up North in Bay area.extremely warm in the gym, as if no A/C was running, they did have the front door open. although the womens bathroom was cool(wife went in).staff were not eager to help. one row of treadmills worked, asked gentleman working why, and he said they were being cleaned. clearly, they were done cleaning, but no attempt to plug anything back in for the patrons to use the equipment.would rather drive an hour to anyother Planet Fitness than go back to this one. I will probably be writing to the Corporate Office, as other reviews from before address some of the same issues, and apparently nothing ia being done.

Gym gets too warm, they need to run AC at lower temp! Water fountain also runs hot, it doesn't cool the water down. And they don't have enough carabiners for their equipment

they tell us to go talk to staff when something is not right for walk if they don't do nothing they there just chatting in the phone same with those teenagers seating on the equipment for more then 15 minutes chatting there people there do work out do something about it you paying your staff for free not doing there work who ever wants get membership ill not come waste time going to regretted

Too many Edgars between 8pm and 11pm all they do is shake their hands like 20 times per night and dont let anyone else use the equipment. I still rate it 5 just because its clean helpful staff and close to home

Like this place. Open 24 hours so you can avoid the crowds. Nice, friendly staff. I'm not into real heavy weight lifting. Like to use the treadmill for about 30-40 minutes and then do some weight training. Only thing that bothers me is the music. It's mostly too loud.

This gym is ok. The only problem I have with it other than it’s always jam packed is that the Water Fountain is always broken with Warm water and the bathrooms weren’t working today. How can you run a business with the bathrooms of the gym being out of order? The gym is also always missing attachments to machines. Whoever is managing the place needs to do a better job. Just because the place is located in the east side shouldn’t mean that we should just settle for a poorly ran gym. That place needs to run at higher standards. Each time I go into this place there’s always something not working properly or missing.

Alex(female) made the experience great a few things were broken and she jumped on it. Great staff and clean facility. There is never a bad smell when walking in.(this experience was on Nile’s st bakersfield CA)But do not go to planet fitness in delano unless before 9 AM the staff is inattentive and rude but before 9 AM there are 3 lovely staff who help and answer questions with correct responses. One staff had blonde hair and the others dark hair.
