Been a while since I've been to the gym. I over weight and ready to change. This gym is perfect for my needs. Lighting is perfect. Colors catch your eye no loud gym music.everyone is respectful.

Very clean and looked just like the commercial they just dont have a physical trainer just yet he is supposed to be in training. With a good trainer this gym has potential to be better than just a good gym

I have gone to many gyms and hated them I always felt watched, and judged, and ashamed of my weight but at this gym I don't feel that way. I usually feel anxious and uncomfortable walking into a gym but here I walk in and am surprised at how relaxed and welcome I feel I actually look forward to working out at this place and I am very grateful for it.

Everyone is great at this location however the young man I believe JD is always giving full effort and he stuck out for me. Thank you for always keeping the gym clean.

Best place for people who just want fitness and not to be triathletes. Staff is always helpful, the other guests are very polite. Everyone enjoys a quiet workout following respectable rules. Highly recommended.
