A full complete gym with showers. All the layouts to exercise and workout any program you and your trainer can fathom.Free to senior citizens with silver sneakers or like programs.

Great experience. Give it a 5 stars for their Tanning station. It's a stand up , always clean, bulbs are at even temperature all the way around. Bulbs are never out. Bulbs never glitch or appear that they're going out. Fan exhaust in tanning station. Interval sessions at 10 mins. That's all you need.

I came here back in 2019 as a newcomer in the area and a noob to lifting. Not sure if they work there still but Arthur, Josh, and Damian really helped me out and now I love weightlifting! Great environment everyone is willing to help.
