It’s my happy place. As soon as you walk in the door, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or preference, you’re treated like family. There’s only one common goal, self improvement. Started going to this gym with my dad when I was a kid, and I plan on continuing the same traditions with mine here soon. Gym chalk is welcomed there as well!! I love it!!

For those who are serious about exercising and don't want to deal with bogus gyms charging bogus amounts and adding hidden fees, Strength & Health is the gym for you! No hidden fees or charges, no contacts, no bologna. Just weights, a few machines, and a locker room. One of the bestin Bakersfield.

I love this place it's not like planet fitness where the workers think they are working for the president. This place has such a good atmosphere and there plenty of motivation here they have a inside and outside gym.if you want that type of Arnold,rugged atmosphere you need to come here.
