My daughter goes here all the time for summer she loves the kaleidoscope camp.

Terrible customer service. We booked our kid's 5th Bday party here, paid the deposit, and then after the fact they called us and said the director chose to close the facility to 'get it ready for summer' the week the party is happening. They were completely unwilling to accommodate us and as a result, canceled the party. This is despite the fact that we spoke with four different employees about the party and that date. We even came in and toured the facility for the party.They kept offering to let us have it two weeks earlier on May 8th, which is mother's day -- who would have a kids b-day party on Mothers day? They offered no other accommodations and didn't care that they completely disrupted our plans.

The owner alex hides behind everyone and never addresses any problems. He allows his staff to treat customers anyway they want without any regard. If your kids are on a club team I suggest you switch them because your child is not judged on skills. Your daughter is put on a team on whether the coaches like you and your family. Deeann the head of the lacrosse club does not even speak to others. In fact my daughter has been a part of Coppermine since she was 4 years old and at 13 she still did not know my daughters name. I would never support this program, it is a complete joke and instead of communicating with the parents they will send you an email. They are famous for hiding behind their emails. Coppermine preaches to parents that it’s about having fun and learning the sport but it not. It’s all about winning. You will find many parents out there that are discussed by their business model and I will post an email that was sent to our family from the owner so that you can determine whether or not Coppermine is the right program for you.

Bait and switch gym price tactics.... I was told (by Gus) a squash only package would be $45 a month, then he raised the price to $70 a month when it was time to sign up. Avoid this gym! I can't even get a hold of anyone from management to complain despite multiple attempts...

if I could give zero stars I would ! the owner of the establishment is very racist about 3 years ago he personally chased me down with his accomplice. They accused me of stealing gym equipment for weeks when I had no such thing on my person and I’ve never driven in my life. Complete idiots. To the man with the sister named Heather I hope you sleep well at night knowing you harassed a 19 y/o girl CHASED her, racially profiled her and scarred her for life. Will never recommend this place to anyone. There was never even a formal or written apology when the police told them it wasn’t me. I’m currently still in therapy over this. this is just the beginning.

This place is actually really huge on the inside. I wish i would have taken some pictures. There's a massive gym with gymnastics equipment and rock climbing. I would check out their website to see all of the programs they offer in this massive entertainment center.

My daughter loves her gymnastics class and her instructors are great as well.

My 3 year old son loves gymnastics class here. He pretty much talks about it all day everyday. His instructor Mr Anthony is the best, super animated and fun to keep the kids excited.

Coppermine camps have been fantastic! My small human loves the variety of activities (gymnastics, swimming, dance, arts/crafts, etc), the counselors have been amazing and attentive, and each day my child looks forward to camp and can't wait to go!

I have been working out at Coppermine CrossFit for about 1.5 years and have loved every minute of it. This is the first place to both keep me motivated and given me such great gains. The coaches are very knowledgeable and put a lot of emphasis on doing the movements correctly before increasing the weight. They also take the time to get to know you and help you alone your "journey".The best part about the Coppermine CrossFit is the people and the experience. The box (CF terminology for a gym) is a good mix of men and women both young and old. Everyone is always friendly and takes the time to encourage you during the workouts.If you are new to CrossFit or an old pro this is certainly a place to check out.
