My initial phone conversation with Dani was very engaging and I was provided with all of the information I needed to begin the program. I was set up with Cornelius and within a week I already had my initial goals set and information on how …

I started with Fit to Go in June of 2018 to lose weight for my wedding in November. Dani came to my home and did a thorough assessment and he made me feel that he truly cared about my health and meeting my goals. It was the most comprehensive personal training assessment I’ve ever experienced. I was assigned to Cornelius as my personal trainer and he is a gem. I’ve met my fitness goals and he responds to any questions I have about nutrition or fitness in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I’m moving and I will no longer be within the Fit to Go service area. However, the tools I’ve learned will be beneficial to me as I continue my fitness journey.

Blake was my trainer and i had a good experience with him. He was patient and took our sessions very seriously and was time efficient. He even stayed longer to help me learn how to massage the knots out of my traps with a tennis ball. Fit2Go is great—the trainers come to your house—there are no more excuses to come up with for not getting some quality exercise in! They are genuine and cater to your needs. Bonus—their food-tracking app is amazing and i love that i can monitor my macros. Thanks Dani and Fit2Go!

I've been a Personal Trainer at Fit2Go since 2014, and let me say I could not have found a better place to work for over these last 4 years. If I were to sum up my experience at Fit2Go in one word, it would be "Compatible." Whether it be for the trainer or client, this company strives to have clients reach their goals in the most timely and effective way possible, while making it both comfortable and easy for not just the client, but the trainer. As a trainer, you are able to design your own ideal schedule, work in a certain mile radius comfortable to you, and work with some of the most amazing people Baltimore has to offer. I can't begin to talk about the people I've worked with over the years who are not just clients to me anymore, but friends, and even like family. This would not have been possible without the approach Dani has created for Fit2Go. As it says on it's website, "Our job isn't to give personal training sessions. Our job is to get results." This isn't some fitness company who comes to your home and works you out. This is a lifestyle changing service in which a friendly will face will walk into your door and do whatever it takes to help change your life.If you are looking to make a LIFE CHANGING decision and really want to lose weight, eat right, and overall be healthy, this is the company you need to contact.

I've known Dani, the founder of Fit2Go for many years. I can attest first hand that before launching his company, Dani wanted to make sure that he attracted top tier trainers, who shared Dani's desire to connect with his clients and …

I started my fitness journey 4 months ago and the results I've seen thus far, have been outstanding! Before starting my journey with Chris, I was severely overweight and approaching the point where my health was beginning to be affected. I had my first session with Chris, and I instantly knew, it was the intersection I needed to change my life. Not only is Chris a great trainer with superior fitness knowledge, but he's a great motivator. He designs challenging workouts that are customized to my needs and pushes me to do my best. He's always available to answer questions and has been very encouraging through out the entire process. I give myself credit for "doing the work," but the "work" is a direct result of the great support system Chris has provided. Finally, I need to give a special shout out to Dani, as he was the hook to get me started on my journey. He's initial consultation was informative, professional, and fun! I was impressed that he didn't try to sell me hours of personal training...rather, he helped me realize my decision needed to be about improving my quality of life...a decision I am SO happy, I made.

I have been been working with Dani for close to a year now. I was extremely out of shape when I first called Fit2Go and I was honestly embarrassed to even meet with a personal trainer; but I'm so glad I did. In-home training relieved me of …
