I've been coming here for a few months, it's a lovely neighborhood gym. Lots to do with the limited space, clean, staff is always friendly and the classes are awesome

I started going to this gym because my doctor said I had to. The struggle in the beginning was REAL, but the instructors in the group classes were so encouraging and welcoming. They really supported / encouraged me, and they went above and beyond during class to make sure I was taking care of myself. If they hadn't been so wonderful, I would have given up in the beginning. So far, I regularly take Barre, Boxing, Full Throttle, and Yoga.It's been about 5/6 months and my life is forever changed. I feel SO much better!! I've gained muscle, lost some weight, breathe better, and my inflammation is almost non-existent!

This gym answered and has exceeded my wish list to achieve my wellness goals. Oksana is so attentive and patient especially with someone like myself needing modifications to my personal training. She has completely changed my mind about personal fitness and the potential I have versus what I think I have.

Staff is super nice. Guy is the best instructor! Also, I love that this gym isn't overcrowded like some other gyms can be. I am always able to use the equipment I want.

A great gym and an awesome space to work out in. It seems small on the outside but, they have done an excellent job at building out the space efficiently and you rarely have to wait to use any piece of equipment. Everything is extremely clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. would recommend to anyone in the area.

I love this little gym! Has all your basics and if you're just starting out (like I am) it has everything you need!! Weight lifting downstairs, cardio and weight machines on main floor, cycles in the back and a training room (i think that's what its called) in the very far back of the building... has showers, lockers and restrooms (duh), anytime I've gone it hasnt been really busy and I've gone right after work with a full face of makeup and NO ONE judges you at all, which I love and think is really awesome!Plus it's in a historic building which is awesome!

Great spot. They make the most out of their setting. Though somewhat smaller than your average (franchise chain) gym, they have everything and more. Top notch equipment in great condition. Great facilities. (Showers!)

It is a very cute gym, has the minimum number of equipment to get an ok workout, because it's small it is usually crowded in the morning and you have to wait for the machine you want. I gave it 3 stars because it also has cycling classes, and it is very clean, but I had to join a different gym because it was very inconvenient.If you are looking for a gym that has multiple fitness classes and a lot of equipment, pool, and running track, I would suggest Merritt Athletic Club in Downtown, it's only a 10min walk from this one and it has plenty of machines. However it may not look as pretty nor delicate as MV fitness.

I love this gym! I joined MV Fitness a few months ago, and my experiences have been extremely positive. The staff members are friendly and helpful, the work out environment is very clean, and the classes are excellent! Five stars.
