Joined OTF in June and it has been quite the experience. It has been hard but rewarding as I see the changes in my body. My favorite coaches are Laura and Marissa because they are so motivating and helpful when you need modifications. What I enjoy about OTF is that nobody is yelling at me to try to motivate me, just explaining that they know it's hard but to push or do what you can.

Its hard to put in words what a great place this is. I have tried several workout gyms and programs and I truly love orange theory hands down. I love the interval sprinting as an exercise. Its the best hour of the day which makes you feel lively with great music choice and enthusiasts who want and choose to lead a healthy life . Coach is super helpful and will work closely with you. The best place for workout.

If I could give this location specifically 0 stars I would. This location is closer to my home and I am a premier member that join at another location. My husband wanted to come in and potentially join today and he was denied because we were in traffic; we arrived in the parking lot at 4:48am and got inside the building at 4:49 am. I understand policy but that front reception was dismissing and the trainer (Laura) was simply rude. She had the worst attitude, which she also had on Monday. During the class two participants arrived late (between 5:05am and 5:10) which I thought was not allowed either. My husband had answered questions already presented on the form via over the home and text message from another associate. Laura went “allout” to make sure other participants were okay throughout the workout and simply ignored me, the experience but the worst taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location.

What a workout! This location has great instructors and staff. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have truly enjoyed every class I have done so far. Thank you orange theory white marsh!

I have tried several workout classes and programs and I truly love orange theory. I love the interval sprinting as an exercise. I think it’s just the right HIIT cardio for a quick and efficient workout. I really enjoy this locations hours. I have traveled and others do not have this many classes. I also like the trainers they have. The music and trainers make a huge difference on your workout!

Best gym join yet! I love the variety it forces me into whereas any other workout I'd do would be nothing but cardio. All of the coaches are great and encourage you to do more so you can be your best without being too pushy by far my favorite location I've been too
