Great place. New owner took over in June 2023. Kenneth is very pleasant and passionate about the place. Everything was easy to sign up online -I tried the 5 days for $5 first. Reasonable prices and options, which i appreciate given my flexible and ever changing job. I'm also big on doing classes for the group motivation.Everything is already set up for you, so just got to show up. And easily navigated so you know where to go. Big space, which didn't look like it from the outside. The lobby is pretty plain right now but sounds like he has some cool ideas to make it more homey. He also started group outings to build the peak performance community - wine and pizza for the highlandtown art walk. Being new to the area, I appreciated that. Overall, Very professional and upcoming space.

Peak is the best training center for people who are serious about getting into shape. I feel that the training instructors care about you and work with you if you are struggling, like I was. They made the routines adaptable to my strengths and weaknesses.

Fantastic Place to work out, even better staff. Paul Breen is excellent, and only hires the best people. Also, there's the occasional discount so jump on that.I came here consistently for a month and went down 2 belt holes, clothes fit better, and I was stronger and no longer tired at work. Paul modified the exercises for me when he saw me struggling with them haha....Only thing I advice - pace yourself! Especially if you aren't used to working this intensely. Don't be intimidated by other people going hard; pace yourself, and you'll find your groove.

This spot is awesome! You will get a real work out. HIIT training works great for me and my body really tones well from it. I also feels amazing when I leave.

Great workouts and great trainers. I have trouble sometimes motivating myself to exercise in the mornings and having the membership made working out through the winter easy,

All of the trainers are excellent and the workouts are always different. Challenging, but in a good way.

Paul and his trainers run a great gym. All the equipment is top notch and always in perfect order. The classes are excellent and allow for a lot of room to grow.
