Whew, where to start with this review! I was told directly by Linda that she would be handling our party, and that was changed last minute without any notification to us. I confirmed the day before the party, and she never even thought to mention that the instructor(s) had changed and that she didn’t discuss any details about our previous conversations with the guy so that he was updated on the party. The “coach” didn’t help a single kid with anything (until I complained because he scolded me for getting in the foam pit to help my child), didn’t turn on the lights until we requested, never turned the lights on upstairs, and didn’t do any of the things the web site promises. He didn’t assist with the cake (stated on the website), he didn’t have structured activities (also on the website)or help the kids until I called Linda and complained. She then sent out the owner, and he said the coach’s job was basically to unlock the doors only. He thought it was completely reasonable that lights weren’t on, that the coach didn’t do anything at all the whole party, and asked us to take care of the clean up (the website literally says not to worry about cleanup). He’s smug, arrogant, and discriminatory against women. He tried to market the gym to people at the party who had seen all the crazy going on and wanted to tell me how our “future events we host” would work there (ummm…what future events, bud?).Anyway, I’m beginning to understand the rumors around town, the disappearing of all their staff, etc. Take it from me, try another gym.

I’ll start by saying my experience is based on hosting a birthday party at this facility for a bunch of kiddos who are looking to let some energy out and have fun, and is not related to the everyday serious training needs of any up and coming gymnasts. That said, based on my experience, I still would not send my children here if they were seriously training for the sport. I would advise caution before bringing your children or family here.We held my nephew’s third birthday party here and were treated very poorly. After watching how both a coach and the owner of the facility treated and spoke to many adults, I would be weary to leave any kids in these current coaches hands and under their supervision. They were abhorrent to adults, so that makes me very worried for what may go on or how the kids are treated when adults aren’t watching…I do specify “current” coaches because I’m sure former coaches that taught here have been great and do not deserve to be associated with this facility. From my understanding, they’ve lost a lot of their coaches recently from bad management, and it shows in how poorly they executed this event, treated their customers, and were not hands on with the kids.1. From the time we arrived, the coach who was there very obviously did not want to be there… he was rude, had a sour look on his face when we walked in, and there were suppose to be 2 coaches on site to engage with the kids. It was only the 1.2. When booking, we were told adults could jump around and have fun with their kids. 3 separate adults asked me why they were scolded by the coach for doing so. Even if this was a misunderstanding of the rules, there is a way to nicely clarify for your guests.3. I asked to speak to the coach away from the guests to see what the misunderstanding may be, and he refused to have a conversation and only repeated “there are rules that I can show you.” I am a rule follower so I’m not looking to break rules, but I am looking to be treated and spoken to respectfully. When I told him that he could communicate nicer, he justified by saying “that’s how I am and it’s a problem of mine.” Didn’t apologize, but used “that’s how I am” as an excuse to be unkind.4. The owner came to the facilities and when he inquired on specifics of our bad experience, I explained that we expected 2 coaches, and the 1 coach on site is being rude to guests that 4 adults had asked me if there was an issue and why he was angry. His energy of not wanting to be there was palpable…He stood to the side with a scowl on his face and arms crossed. The owner told me, “tell you what, I’ll ask him to put a red nose on his face just so you think he looks happy.” I was appalled. I didn’t appreciate being mocked when I gave him the honest feedback he asked for.5. He continued to ask for examples, and refuted the ones said, while saying he wanted to make the experience better for future guests who engage with this coach. While I respect that, I also communicated that I wasn’t concerned about his business’s future patrons, that I was concerned with the present and I didn’t see him taking any action to make things better right now for his current guests.6. My final straw was when I tried to excuse myself and said I didn’t see this being a productive talk, he told me I need to calm down and enjoy my child’s party (it was for my nephew but still…) I never once raised my voice until this moment. I told him it’s not right to speak to paying customers so condescendingly and he shouldn’t tell people who are actively having a bad experience to calm down, especially when they’ve been polite throughout the issues.I know this is a competitive gym that trains a lot of talented gymnasts, and while I respect the dedication to the sport, a child’s party is not the same environment and doesn’t need to be treated coldly. If they didn’t want kids having fun and not training, they shouldn’t have allowed the space to be rented.

I don’t know where to start. This past weekend was my grandson’s 3rd birthday party. So many wonderful people came. What was NOT wonderful was the horrible service and treatment we received. The lights were off, we had one person attending us, not two. Where was the cake cutting service and trash service? My son in law did it all. I will never be okay with someone treating my daughters the way the attendant did and even the owner did. If you want to be spoken down to because you are a woman, or if you want your wife or little girl treated less than… this is the place to go. Don’t waste your time here.

My daughter is in the 7 year old class and absolutely loves her coach Tatina bunch. She is very good with the young ladies and my daughter really looks forward to it. Try out a private class. It’s worth it!

There is no indoor soccer field like in the pictures; they are old pictures from another location that is now closed.

Charged $10 for parking and $10 p/person to get in to watch half hour of volleyball. No place to even stand to watch.

Nice Gym, smaller class size meaning your kid gets the attention they need to improve. Good coaches and excellent staff. Highly recommended.

Runnn!!! Do not do business with these people. The owner is money hungry and has no integrity. His receptionist billed my account by mistake and he refused to give me back my money. He decided I attack my character and business ethics when trying I had made several different communication attempts with these ppl. I even watched him yell at his own kid to tears, because he was tired and over worked. The instructor are ok , but business no. Save your coins.
