Great machines, nice staff, but the showers never work. The water is always freezing

Google Map will send you to the wrong place. The corner of Garth Rd and E Wallisville Rd. It's not the right corner! Garth Rd and W Ceday Bayou Lynchburg is the right corner. Both are listed 5035 Garth Rd! Uber drivers are totally confused and will not send you to the right corner!

Staff is kind.Equipment is organized.Cleaning spray is availableBut this places stinks! The entire facility smells, not like sweat guys! The entire gym smells like restroom. Also no hot showers available. Most lockers in guys locker room are damaged .Please clean the restrooms!

Staff is very friendly and always happy to help it's a great place to get ur exercise and physical statue ur looking for. I'm always happy I joined fitness connection.

The club is spotless clean, the staff is friendly & always willing to help, the members are respectful, even to other members who are somewhat impaired & they offer help freely.Overall this is the best Fitness Connection around Houston

I was a member here for a year. Gym itself is good - equipment is clean and plentiful. Staff isn't well educated on the policies and canceling is a nightmare. I moved out of Baytown in April 2023 and gave full notice in the month(s) leading up - was told that since my 1yr membership ended in May & I was moving, it would not renew. TWO different employees confirmed this information. Was charged for three more months & the yearly membership fee while trying to contact management for information. Calling guest services is near impossible. You'll sit in the queue and have your call dropped. Have sat on holding for an hour trying to talk to somebody.Honestly, I hate that I had a great year here now. I met my fitness goals, I liked the gym's location, and the late hours were nice. This whole experience trying to end my membership & feeling mislead by Fitness Connection representatives has soured my opinion on the place.

Restrooms need exhaust vents. The smell of someone else when you enter the restroom leaves you gasping for air. The restrooms are small and need circulating air. The weights and equipment are nice and the janitorial crew works hard but they can't fix people. The location could also use a few more spray bottle locations.

The club is very nice and clean I love the zumba class Tuesday and Thursday night the manager Vanessa is great I love the hand sop in the restroom they are one of the best gym in town

Kayla is my current personal trainer, she's one of my favorite trainers here. Brings great energy and keep me on point!
