Crunch Fitness - Beaumont

I enjoyed Melinda McCall's Zumba class. She has great moves and music. Her class is so much fun. She is very friendly and the best Zumba instructor. Please add more of her Zumba classes.

Honestly didn’t love it, I walked in and said I was using my free day pass to see if I wanted to join, and I really wanted to, but the lady immediately seemed annoyed with me and passed me off to someone else who was only trying to make a sale with me instead of talking to me about the gym itself. Kinda bummed me out for my workout and deterred me from joining at all. It has potential but I didn’t love the way I was treated

I love this gym is a very friendly clean and nice and it really gives you ever opportunity to get the best work out in and the workers are great especially CoCo she is so nice and helpful and she made me feel really welcomed

Shakira is freaking amazing!! I meet her at the mall! And she signed me up. And I really like how she recognize me for opening day she showed me around. So far so good. Would really like to see more red light therapy

Visited this Extremely New establishment to Join based off a promotional offer and phone call with a representative. Upon arrival the front desk wasn’t busy and gym had about 15 patrons working out, but about 25+ employees with high energy ready to help, but the way we as costumer’s were approached it was SALE SALE SALE. Don’t ask too many questions or a few for that matter because the reps don’t have an answer. They’ll hurry and ask 2-3 different reps and they’ll give a different answer. None of the Managers fully knew the policies or about certain promotional offer’s such as. $1 join for 1 month, Join with certain Medical Insurance. Employee/Military Discounts. It was basically like a car dealership trying to meet a quota get them in, get them out, no care for clients, next person. They’re lacking on the customer service and individuality to build a relationship and connection to your gym needs. Instead they’re just trying to sell the memberships if you’re ready now.

Most new gyms offer a guest pass to try out the facility. When I asked Cocoa for a day pass, she mentioned I had to pay 16 dollars and informed me they don't offer free trials. It seemed strange to me, so I decided to go on their website. I proceeded to show her just to make sure it applied at the Beaumont location. Her response was, "Yeah, that's if you choose the right location." Front desk was no help, over all the gym was OKAY. I don't plan on going back.

Love the environment there!! It’s a great atmosphere and all of the employees are kind and attentive. Estephanie was the employee who signed me up and has answered every question I’ve had about the gym and/or the amenities. There has yet to be a question I’ve had that she couldn’t answer and she’s always greeted me and others with a smile!
