So of course I had won 100 dollars so I go to check it out turns out that 100 dollars is toward getting signed up so I signed up why notas I was already there and hey maybe it can work. was told its a 2 year contract and I could cancel within 14 days all I had to do was call ABC financial. So I do TRY to cancel was told I couldn't got hung up on 4 different times argued with Emma from ABC financial who I must say has horrible customer service and would not cancel me because I signed a contract and have no proof of what I was telling her so I get ahold of who signed me up finally got canceled I hope! But before being canceled was charged 37.99 and another 69.00! Like what happened to the supposed 100 I had won and why can't nobody get back to me? Instead I got took for 100 and did everything I was supposed to on my end! That is so wrong in so many ways I will never use anytime fitness again nor will I ever encourage anyone to go there. So still waiting to hear back from somebody to get my money back!!! I would appreciate somebody to reach out to me as I have tried time and time again to reach out to you!

You guys are a joke I show up in the middle of the day when there's people scheduled to be working and you guys cant answer your door or even answer the phone you don't obviously want to get memberships going I've tried two days in this is the same stuff with you and the same location on Broadwater your gym is a joke and overpriced you almost had my money that's your business slogan good luck so just found out all those boxes you see in different stores about signing up and get a free your service is just a scam not worth putting your name in believe me

By far one of the WORST experiences I have had with a business. to When we signed up, we thought we had trials, but the guy unknowingly signed us up for a 2 year commitment. He made it sound like we could be done at any time. Shame on us for signing so quickly, but we trusted him and didnt think much on it. Fast forward a few months later, and it was a fight to get out of our contracts with them. Their billing company is a bunch of crooks. (google ABC Financial Services and you can see everything on them). The FTC is proposing new rules to make cancelling memberships as easy as it is to sign up, and these guys are probably one of the reasons why. The good thing is that I had a suspicion that this was happening early on, so I only talked to them through email or text, so that I had proof. I spent way too many hours and time having to fight this. The only positive that I can say, is that after many months, and finally filing chargebacks with our banks, that Steve reached out personally, apologized and helped us out. I do appreciate his help, but I cant forgive the company and their policies as it seems quite predatory.

AF has definitely been the best investment in myself. I am in the gym 5-6 days a week at team trainings, workouts with a trainer, and meeting friends I’ve met at the gym. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I would definitely, and have already, recommend this gym to friends, family, and acquaintances. Courtney Burns at the Billings Heights location is amazing, and once you meet her bubbly personality, you’ll think so too!!

Big shout out to Courtney B. over at Anytime! She is an amazing trainer with a wealth of knowledge about health and fitness. If anyone is looking for a great experience and to get in shape and stay motivated, I highly recommend you give her a visit!

AMAZING GYM, AMAZING TRAINERS. Trainers definitely know how to push you to your limit in the best way possible in your workouts. Highly recommend this gym, shout out to Courtney B who always welcomes you with a smile that brightens up the room, always answers your questions an goes above an beyond in your fitness goals.

I have been a member of this gym for ten years or more. I was switched over to a certain rate and locked into a two year contract that seemed like a formality. I went to cancel and they want to charge me a $250 cancellation fee. I was previously a member of Granite Fitness and I would recommend it highly. It is what you are looking for in a gym. There is significant turnover at Anytime Fitness so by the time you're accustomed to one person another one just replaced them. Since it changed ownership it is dirty and the staff lacked a professional quality. I call and leave a message and they don't return my calls. I will not step foot in this gym again. They do not appreciate loyalty or care to do good business. They rather hide behind the contract and take your money. Also from what I can tell no one is taking any precautions during the pandemic. Pretty much no one had a mask and if they don't have that then you can imagine what else they aren't taking seriously.BUYER BEWARE: I just found my old contract from 2016 and the cancellation fee used to be $75.

I never write bad reviews, but this needs to happen. Maybe someone will attempt to make this right.This review is less oriented towards the actual gym and more a poor review of the company and management.Due to moving to WY and Covid I could no longer go to the gym so I attempted to cancel my membership. After many attempts I was still sent to collections. I call and explain my situation again and make a settlement with the gym. Great, cancelled.... or not. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I have been sent to collections again. This is odd since I was pretty sure I had settled and canceled my agreement. Apparently not. Management was rude, not helpful, and has not worked to help me resolve the issue. I did not receive any mail or emails saying I owed anything and they did not inform me of the move cancellation application until this last time after getting sent to collections and ensured me the time before that I was done doing business with them.Do not sign up for anytime fitness. I sure will not ever again. Planet fitness is the way to go.
