I am a Physician's Associate/Assistant student rotating through Billings for 6 weeks. I am living out of a camper and trying to live on a budget. They waived the join fee saving me some $$$. The facilities are excellent and make my life living in the camper much more comfortable.

I love my local YMCA! The staff are always so kind and the classes are amazing. The facilities are clean and renovated. I’ve been coming my whole life and I still love it!

The best equipped facility around hands down. Tons of classes included w membership, scholarships, and community.Since writing this review I've left the YMCA because they absolutely refused to address cleanliness issues in wet areas that involved black mold. In addition I walked in on some, how should I say it, indiscretion in the men's steam room.

Your top management is a joke. You pay your overworked employees low money while they are trying to do two jobs at once and expect them to stay up with it all without any help. And if you let them go you think the problem is going to get fixed? No, the problem is you not managing right. Hope you can see the hard work you’re “lower employees” do next time you have to do there work after letting them go.

Went to get a day pass after having talked to an employee over the phone. Paid for an hour and a half of parking just to get turned away because I left my ID at home. That would be something you should be telling people ove the phone before they arrive.

We were told on our first day of swim class by our instructor that the person who was assigned to be our instructor was hone with covid, after leaving multiple voicemail with the aquatics director and a message at the desk, we were turned away again the next week, so this is 4 classes my 2 children showed up, dressed out and were turned away but our misinformed teacher, and after 2 weeks finally received a call from Kathy who stated the mix up was our fault and they would not take any responsibility. I emailed her direct supervisor and left multiple voicemails and I did not receive a response, I then cc'd their supervisor, and still have not received a response. Terrible customer service, terrible business ethics and terrible representation of such a great company. I will never go to another YMCA nationwide because of this terrible experience.Granite fitness has nonmember swim lessons for less money that are smaller groups with staff who are responsive and care about your child.

The staff here are so helpful and kind. They let you rent lockers for free if you trade your keys or ID. We needed financial assistance and the process was very easy and they were able to get to our paperwork within a few weeks despite being short staffed. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I love it here. People are courteous and the staff is helpful. I hadn’t realized how much I started to depend on coming until the snowstorm kept me home a few days. Now I’m antsy to get back. Great place, well run!
