I went to Aero Joe for six months for aerial yoga... It's amazing! The classes are small and instructors make everyone feel welcome regardless of ability, and are great about tailoring the moves in each class to individual skill levels and providing multiple options of things to do. So much fun and an amazing workout!

I loved my session! I felt with the small classes that I received a lot of attention and help if I needed it. There’s loud and soft and sweet personalities so it feels well rounded in the atmosphere. I’ve even made great friends with some other girls that attend even more regularly than I do. I can’t recommend AeroJoe enough!

This is a great place for exercising and has a great group of instructors! Everyone was very welcoming and the instructors make sure that the workout routines work for all levels of students. Everything is neat and clean and the facility is beautiful and relaxing for the Pilates and yoga flows
