Honestly, if I could give a NEGATIVE star, I would. LITERALLY. I have fulfilled my contractual agreement with this company and tried for OVER a month to physically go in to cancel my membership (no one was ever in the front office), I've also called several times and left several messages to find a time when someone would be up there so that I may be able to cancel my membership. So imagine my disgust, disappointment, and surprise when I actually get there and a very rude and obnoxious representative named Jakoby Ware told me that he would NOT cancel my membership effective immediately, it had to be a 30-day notice but since I've been trying to come up there it would only charge one more time for 17.99. WAIT, WHAT!?? You or no one was HERE for me to cancel for over a month and now you're saying I need to be charged again!?? THIS IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEMONSRATES HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!! This young man forced me under threat that if I did not sign the notice, he would not cancel my membership and that I would continue to be charged. I felt like I had no choice but certainly don't feel this is right at all. THIS COMPANY HAS COMPLETELY LOST ME WITH ANY FUTURE BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I've also asked for the owner to call me, sent messages to their customer service, etc. and NO ONE HAS RESPONSED OR REACHED OUT YET!! EXTREMELY AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!UPDATE to respond to this tired response from the owner: do you see how quickly you responded to this reviews?? Why haven't you reached out to ME!?? SECONDLY, please go checking your cameras, I have scanned and also a family member was with me that scanned their keycard. Thirdly, you CAN'T tell me about my experience, Jakoby. I know you are writing this response. You were rude and obnoxious and if you are in fact the owner, pull your cameras. If you were in fact was trying to SAVE ANYTHING, you should've tried to save me from this horrible review and experience I've encountered!!!!!!!! If I've informed I've been trying for a month, why then even charge me 17.99 if you "HONORED " when I said I attempted to cancel!??? Sooo SAD AND DISGRACEFUL UGHHH!!!FURTHERMORE, THESE ARE THE TACTICS THAT THIS COMPANY CONSISTENTLY PULLS TO CHARGE AND RECURRINGLY CHARGE PPL-EVWN PPL WHO fulfilled their obligation!!! This company will ultimately fail and I hope you will think of this message the moment you do!! Have a great day!!

I love this location but half of the photos in this gallery are false. Maybe like three of them are it. It is shaped like an old tavern or bar. Everything is in rows, it’s nice but it’s not open spaced like some of the photos.

I've been a member for a while now (pre covid)I lost my access key about a week ago. I have placed several calls and left several notes but to no avail.If anyone knows how to contact the new ownership, please post it

I’ve been going to this location for about a year and a half and it’s the best gym I’ve ever been to by far. There’s a lot of equipment and it’s kept clean and in good condition, and the staff here is very friendly.

Amazing Gym best in the city if you ask me . Stays clean all the time I absolutely love it here . Amazing Staff Also .

Great facility with great staff. Been going here for years and never had any complaints.

Nice clean newer location. Plenty of barbell racks when I was there. Barbells have very slight knurl, which makes deadlifts a bit tough to hold, and of course there is no chalk.
